Pretentious. That's the best word to describe this place. I ordered the 4 cheese pizza. I asked if pepperoni could be put on the pizza. I am a firm believer in THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Anyway, they came out and said we can't do that, because they want you to experience the \true taste\ of the pizza. Well at that point, your pizza better be pretty dang good and I had very high expectations. I eat pizza at the best places in Chicago and NY, since I travel for work. So what was brought to me? Something very reminiscent of the Chef Boyardee pizza kits you can get at the store, both in flavor and appearance. I can give them half a star more credit for bringing back find memories of my childhood making those pizza kits at home. So in short, if the customer wants pepperoni on the pizza, just simply oblige. Your pizza really isn't that great. Never returning.

I honestly do not understand how this place gets above 1*. I ordered a pickup tonight, 30 bucks for a pizza, it was pathetic. I asked for Romano cheese.... There is no cheese on this pizza. Someone said this place is better than Orsi's, by the looks it compares with Domino's. Whoever the boss was that was working tonight, thanks for not saying hi to a patron. I will not be back. Simply redicolous!

I placed my order online to be picked up at 4:15 , waited an additional 10 min after that for my order to be ready. Then when I got home I find one of my pizzas is burnt on the top ( picture attached}. I called them and I asked to speak with a manager and when I told him that my pizza was burnt on top his response was Yea that happens in a rude tone. I have been going to La Casa's for over 40 yrs. I told the manager I will no longer be coming back. There quality has gone down so much.

We really enjoyed our meal at La Casa. The food is delicious, the servers are great and they do a great job of having the tables spaced apart for social distancing.
