Talk about horrible bedside manner. From the first appointment - she was in and out in a matter of minutes. This is as she is seeing my 2 week old baby. She was completely clueless about something she claimed to have experience with. She pushed off an MRI when it was needed to be done before 6 months old. After I pushed for the MRI to be done - she never followed up with me nor sent the results to our pediatrician until 8 months later when I called to follow up because our pediatrician said she never got the results - I asked the next time my son needed to be seen - and she said not for 2 years. After further research and discussion with others with the same thing my son has - they are to be seen 6 months to a year EVERY YEAR. Her bedside manner is absolutely HORRIFIC. If you want an in and out, no emotion, cold hearted person then that’s what you should expect from her. She’s an absolute joke. Best review description is calling this place a fast food joint and that’s exactly what it is. Don’t expect good service or follow up, or proper care from her.

After reading some of the reviews I was genuinely concerned but, fortunately, my experience was just fantastic: Dr. Nelson was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Based on my personal experience I can only recommend Dr. Jill Nelson.

My husband and I both see Dr Nelson. She answered our questions thoroughly and was very informative. She has performed procedures on both of us with concern for our comfort, follow up care and information. She has remained in the room until our questions were answered and has never rushed us. She has always made us feel like we were her only focus. We have referred several of our friends and family to her. We're very comfortable with her and find her staff to very friendly and accommodating.

Both my daughter and I see Dr Nelson and she is amazing. She takes the time to listen and lets you explain concerns. She does not try to sell you a bunch of products that they sell and has over the counter products she recommends so you are not breaking the bank.

Did not see Dr Nelson however I was very unsatisfied with the visit. I tried to explain my problem with the timeline of events and it seemed as they did not listen. My instructions were to basically do the same thing that I have been doing for the past 2 years and come back to see me in 4 weeks. Medical services on the pace of a fast food drive through
