The services that Great Plains PVA provides to our community's paralyzed veterans and individuals living with disabilities are needed and appreciated!

While their mission is second to none(why we tried to donate to them in the first place), the incompetence of some of their associates is really disappointing. We tried to donate some random items, so we left them out on the schedule pickup date. PVA never came and over the next two days the items were rained/snowed on, causing some slight damage. When we rescheduled a pickup, they didn't take anything, citing damage. But there were items that would never be damaged by rain/snow, like a large plastic wash bin and some softball bats, not to mention that any rain damage is due to them missing the original pickup appointment. They also never returned our multiple calls, and never even attempted to ring the doorbell to discuss matters with us when they denied the pickup. Very very poorly done. I will find another way to help the vets.

We went here for a social activity. The facility was clean and clearly labeled on the inside. Faculty here was also very nice!
