Nice selection of cars on offer. Plenty of parking. Lots of space to move freely between cars. Staff were smartly dressed, friendly and informative.

Phoned OMC Rochdale Tuesday 2nd Feb for a spare fuel pipe for a Ford Focus and was told the parts department were busy. Left mobile number for return call, still waiting. Phoned Wednesday and again told the spares department was busy, so left my mobile number and my trade telephone number, still waiting. Phoned Friday and told the spares department was busy and they would call back. When I told them I was still waiting from two days ago, I stated that I would hold. After five minutes or so they finally put me through. They quoted me a price and I told them I was trade, and they wouldn't give me a trade price. They told me that it was a factory part and would need to wait to some time next week and I would need to pay for it up front. When I asked my customer how they wish to proceed they stated that their local garage could do it next day. One lost sale due to OMC Rochdale. Not the first time they have performed poorly.

Bought a new Puma today and the service from Alan Robinson the sales exec has been second to none. Alan even picked us up from home for the test drive, and really made us feel special. He also drove us to the showroom again to collect the car, nothing was too much trouble. Service this good is difficult to find these days, so kudos to Alan and all at OMC Ford Rochdale, we can't recommended them enough. Thank you.
