Issac was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicle, unlike most dealerships. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. My husband and I were pleased with our buy! We love our new Ford Scape! Thank you, Issac! We will definitely call you when we are ready to buy our next vehicle!

If you were really the owner then you would have reached out to me like I requested. I will answer your question here. You can find out the bad customer service that you have given by lying to your customers about expectations, charging extra services (delivery of a vehicle) and not understanding all of your process. You can find out my comments by reaching out to Adrian Ramirez, Steve Johnston , and Daniel Flatt. All Managers. If you are interested then reach out to me. If you are not, then don't. By the way.....this is what the BRAND NEW vehicle looked like when you delivered it. The worst customer service ever. Update: So the interesting thing with O'meara has been that they keep saying that they are looking at and changing their processes, but the bottom line is that because their processes or their information on how to do business in other states it has caused me MORE and time to rectify them not having experience in doing work in other states and not standing behind their product. So, quite frankly, they do not care about their customers because of the more the more money that they have caused their customers. BTW - the reason there are 2 is because they gave their same blanket answer on the review that they always give to help their ranking and I asked for a response which they did not give.

Revised I want to add to my recent review I can’t express enough how pleased I am with omeara mainly Alfredo( salesrep ) Samantha ( service advisor ) and Courtney ( warranty specialist). I booth a used Lincoln MKS after 2 weeks I did break down but they handled it my car is running I want to thank them for not leaving me high and dry it’s nice to know that your treated the same before they made a sale and after you just don’t find customer service like that anymore!!!’ Thank you OMEAR I will recommend you to friends and family and will buy again when I’m looking to upgrade . Just got this at omeara Ford on 104th and I-25 friendly staff my sales rep Alfredo Ramirez was great got a great deal low payments thank you omeara
