Went in store today to choose a new watch was stuck between 3 different colours Chris took a lot of time and showed great patience and professionalism while I tried all 3 and came to a decision. All the staff were helpful and informative about all the products in the shop and answered all my questions. A really pleasant experience and I can’t recommend this place too much. Dropped into the St Ann’s branch today to have my watch bracelet adjusted. The customer service from Sav and Paul was exceptional, the guys were really helpful and ensured I was happy. Based on these guys I would recommend this branch to anyone!!
