Hard to get a hold of, limited stock and not knowledgable. Go to Sideys in Peterborough, way, way better selection of parts in stock and usually 20-30 cheaper. If this is buying local, no wonder they're struggling.

Awesome small town business
I have found Mike, Bob, and Candice very helpful. I have been a customer for over 8 years and have bought shop equipment and parts from Universal Supply. They have gone out of their way to make me happy. Not always the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for. I have never had a warranty refused or questioned. That is worth a lot to me. Candice has always been helpful and polite.
They have all the parts there you need
We were in from out of town and needed my van looked at last minute, with the hopes of just finding out what was wrong and being able to get home safe. Napa took us in right away and diagnosed the issues at a very reasonable price. They could have told us we needed things immediately to make extra money but didn't and were honest. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when I'm in town.
