I was just approved for a property yesterday, and on my way to drop my deposit off was in an accident. Mindy, who is the sweetest, called to check on me, and even offered to take me somewhere if need be. I am just overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness. They truly do care about their tenants and treat you like family. It is truly a blessing to lease a home from a company that is so caring and professional. They have been very responsive and helpful, and you truly cannot go wrong with using them for your property management needs, or to help you find a home.

Great experience with Omni. This was my first time using a company to manage a rental property. I was hawkish at first, analyzing every charge, every detail, every time they did a repair...then after I realized they got work done at a cost I would have found if not cheaper, it was always quality, and completed very quickly, I let go of the situation and never had to worry again. They were very transparent and responsive. Our renters were great, and even commented on their way out how great Omni had been for them. We will be using Omni again for our future rental properties.

Over the course of 5 years anything that I had inquire or concern about there was a timely response with action. For to be my first rental, I enjoyed my time and the area was very covenant to 1-65, Ellington, and Briley. For those times with a vehicle was a bus line available. I personally didn’t want to end my relationship and will gladly come back to rent if a property that meets criteria.
