This is my second time renting with Online and I hope to keep renting with them for as long as we're in BCS. I've rented with various other realty companies in the area and Online is literally the ONLY company that hasn't tried to cheat me out of my deposit! We make it a habit to clean places we leave the same or better than when we move in and Online actually returned our deposit without us having to fight with them about it! The people in the office are extremely professional and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responds promptly. I definitely recommend Online Real Estate!

It’s amazing when they contact you 6 months in advance about the 120 move out form, then tell you it doesn’t really matter, “we’ll work with you” more like shaft you out of money. So you notify them and they tell you they’re going to charge you an extra month, then deny saying they’ll work with you. Should of known there was some red flags when I called and talked to an “agent” then called back a few days later and talked to a different one, so the manager calls saying they’re at each others throats “nearly in a fist fight” on who will get the “sale” for the apartment. You report maintenance issues and they tell you they can’t fix it right now but they’ll have someone out there in a week, a year later still nothing. A/C goes out about twice a month too.
