Oven crapped out the day before Thanksgiving. Out of the numerous places I called, they were the only ones that were willing to help. The bake igniter had to be replaced along with a loose wire. After 30 mins and 214 bill, we were able to start cooking. While pricey, it did save Thanksgiving.

Could not have been more PLEASED. I got the run around from the Home Warranty Company and Sears. On Point caled set up an appointment and then texted to let me know that they could come by and fix it the same day I called. Juan showed up a little after 5 and had it fixed in no time.
