We came to Zion with our dog, Pepper, but the Airbnb didn’t allow dogs so we boarded her at On the Spot. Our dog is pretty complicated and they were SO accommodating and understanding. They even stayed open late for us to drop her off when an accident on the highway delayed our travels. They were first class, would highly recommend their services and expertise for any type of dog. What relief they gave us! Thanks On the Spot!

This is a great place to bring your dogs! My dog has alot of fun here and comes home clean and well exercised every time he boards here. The owner is friendly and genuine. The staff does a great job-they have even taught Max how to sit and stay until his name is called! I recommend On the Spot to any dog owner.

As a former employee here I could say a lot about this place. I think the outdoor boarding and daycare is a wonderful idea it just wasn’t executed properly due to poor decision making. All I will say is, if you love your pet, don’t take them to On The Spot. Edit: If you can’t tell already by all the replies to negative comments; Lori will say anything to make it seem like these reviewers are liars or have some sort of vendetta. I left this review because I saw first hand how poorly many things were handled. Lori’s passion isn’t for animals it’s for money. Your furry companions deserve better. Not even to mention that I quit. As for using the services, I have brought my own pet before and based on that experience and my knowledge of what goes on, I will never bring them back. I find it funny that you mentioned a “safe environment.” Considering the condition of the building you might want to find someone else who can provide that for you since you can’t.

Came in as a walk in looking for a new Daycare Boarding facility for my sweet Australian Kelpie PoonPoon. Asked if I could see where the dogs were kept and I was told for safety “concerns” they don’t let customers go in the back. Given the overwhelming stench of feces and urine seeping from the back room I think it has less to do with safety concerns and more to do with lack of cleanliness. Safe to say I took my fur baby elsewhere. Staff seemed nice but the facility not so much.

Somewhere along the line they stopped doing grooming and is just a day care? I have brought my dog for over 3 years, just for her yearly grooming for summer. They were booked a month out, but I waited and did it. They did a fantastic job! I do love them because they dont cage their animals which my dog does better that way. But I felt like they said if I don't routinely get her groomed then I cant come here. They want regulars were you get groomed every 12 weeks or sooner. My dog has never needed that much. She definitely isnt a show dog and is just our emotional support dog for me and my girls since my divorce. So I might have to find a new place to groom her.

I called them on Wednesday and they weren’t able too get out new little Harley in to get trimmed for 6 weeks. I asked them to put me on the cancellation list and they called me back 10 min. later. I wanted him to have a good experience for his 1st time. A bad experience can really scar a puppy where grooming is a necessity for a Yorkie. Lori and her staff have always done a great job, a little hard to get into sometimes. Especially in the summer. But my dogs have always had great experience’s with her and her staff. Thanks guy’s Harley looked great!

I just want to thank On the Spot Pet Care for being so awesome yesterday. We've taken our two dogs here before to get their nails trimmed and were always pleased with the results. Yesterday we rescued a beautiful Sable colored German Shepherd who was pretty neglected. They were great to him and got him all cleaned up and smelling great. They even threw in a new handkerchief for him to celebrate his rescue. Thank you Toni for being so good to our new boy! We'll be back with our other two doggos soon and many times after that!

We had such an amazing experience at On the Spot Pet Care Free socialization class! We will definitely be going back ️ the trainer was so helpful in keeping it a safe and fun environment for everyone and answering all of our questions. 5 stars!
