What a great service I received last Saturday morning! My partner and my bikes were stolen on Friday evening, and we needed to rent bikes as we had plans cycling with friends for the weekend. Couldn't book online on Friday night and when I turned up the guy initially said there were no bikes available as his mechanic was not here. In the end, he kindly prepared 2 hybrid bikes for us, he was very friendly and he saved our weekend plan. The bikes were very good! Thank you again!

Great renting service, the staff was very nice and friendly, I rented a bike for a week and explored London for the first time on a bike: wow simple amazing as the city is very cycling friendly with proper lanes and so on! I also got a problem as somebody hit my bike near the chain and I got it fix it for free!
