Absolutely disgusted with our most recent dining experience. It took forever for someone to even acknowledge us at the door. Then we we were seated and only given 2 menus for a party of 3. Took forever to get someone to take our drink order. Only brought 2 of the 3 drinks. Waited 10 minutes and they never brought the 3rd. Finally had to remind them. Then seems like forever till they took our food order. Our food didn't take too long to come. My steak was well done when ordered medium rare. Mentioned it and they really didn't seem like they wanted to do anything. Finally took a few dollars off. The food looked slapped on plates. TINY portions. Soup half full. Wait staff never checked on us

Went there with my wife and son for our anniversary and the food was outstanding. I ordered the loaded fajitas trio and my wife got the 8oz Top Sirloin. But I was really super impressed with the dessert, The Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Blondie. BEST DESSERT EVER. Our waitress, Tina, went above and beyond. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This is your Applebee’s in onalaska! Thank you Zach, the manager to told us to leave because we were upset, We go in for half off, we wait about 20 minutes for AN EMPLOYEE to even notice us, their were multiple employees who literally looked at us and walked away, when someone finally got up to the area we were told that they were at limit and could not serve us, so you’re telling me you waiting 20 minutes to come up here and tell me this? As I was upset and asked for a manager, he said he was the manager and asked us to leave. Thank you Zach! I again did call and asked for a different manager, the bartender picked up and asked “why do you want his name” is this how business is ran now? Zach was extremely disrespectful and that’s not how you treat customers. I was also reading the reviews on google, I guess were not the only customers who have had this experience. good job, Applebee’s!
I was pleased with my visit to Applebee's. I was seated right away, everything was organized for customer safety ( Covid). The meal was made perfectly as requested, waitress was attentive.
Marisa is a great bartender. She has a great personality and great with her guests.
