Leah is a great massage therapist & always a pleasure to see. As a fitness instructor, I put my body through a lot of strain regularly, having the aches & pains to prove it. She not only works out the spots that hurt, but finds others affecting me that I didn't know were there. I could not do what I do without her. Her demeanor is friendly & calming throughout the massage. Her knowledge of the body is amazing, not just muscle tissue but also nervous & lymphatic systems. She knows how all of these affect how you feel, move & works them to your benefit. If you haven't had a cupping treatment I also recommend trying that as well.
