Great customer service. I've taken my car to Luke's twice. Both times I was greeted by professional, courteous employees that took time to explain what was going on and how much it would cost. Work was completed quickly and at a better price than the place I use to go. Plus it's nice to support a local shop!

I thought it was going to be a couple hundred dollar repair, but they found the cause was much cheaper. Happy to have the good news. I've been using them for a couple years and they seem trustworthy.
It was my first visit to Luke's and I was impressed with their service. I contacted Luke's through their website and communication throughout from scheduling, to the repair estimate, to work being completed was prompt. They will call and you can receive texts also. I needed a tune-up, rear wheel bearings, and rear break work and it's been a week and seems to be running great.
Brought my \beater\ car in for an alignment, but Luke's was unable to do it because it had too many other repairs that were needed first. They did not charge me for the diagnostics. I was very appreciative and will be back in the future.
It was my first experience with Luke's. Friendly staff got me in for service quickly. Communication was great and they brought a couple of safety issues to my attention. They made me aware of the costs and I asked that they make necessary repairs. In short order I was back on the road and am very pleased with the whole experience. I'm recommending Luke's to family and friends.
