I had a mortgage refinance and a truck loan taking place at the same time. Kim Meyer took excellent care of walking me threw each and every step, making sure that I knew exactly what was taking place! Understanding each and every step of the process was a concern of mine, and Kim either had the answer or would find the answer and get back to me in a very timely fashion. Not only looking at the month to month payment but, looking at the overall health of my finances, was greatly appreciated. I could not be more happy with this process.

I am very frustrated with their cut in morning hours. It is not convenient to bank from 11-5. Most everything I do is early in the morning. I do not want to make a special trip just for CU. Also had a negative experience when I was trying to be a good citizen and bring in all my change when I heard there was a shortage. Again, hung around town due to their hours and then found out they would not take it, but I could go downtown. If downtown could take it, why not Onalaska? I am not even a member of Associated Bank and they took my change-over 70 worth.
