Apparently if you are not a \paying patient\ they will not take your calls and pass you along to a voice message telling you to call the health department.... So much for the drive through testing... They wont even hear your symtoms which is the alleged reason you cant just drive through... Well played GUNDERSON IS TRIAGING ALL CLIENTS FYI

In about a 1-2 years my face and chest have been completely ruined from a dermatologist trying to help with acne and acne scars. I was worried about go out in public before now I look like my face was burned and stabbed it looks horrid scars and acne everywhere and it's gotten worse since the past year from whatever prescription was given to me.

I have going to Mayo for years and I wanted to write a review that wasn’t based on a single experience. The facility is always extremely clean and cheery. The dr that I see on a normal basis is fantastic and I have gone to a few other drs who are just as thoughtful and caring. On occasion the people at the front desk can be a bit unpleasant which is unfortunate because otherwise it would have been a five start rating.

The scheduling department sucks. Draw blood at 7am the never tell you your second appointment is almost 2 hrs later. GREAT!

TriCare Prime patients don't use this urgent care. They bill you as a point of service for regular office visit against your deductible that requires a referral vs. an urgent care appointment which is covered without a referral. Save yourself the time on the phone and money and go to Gundersen across the street.
