The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of the cabinets met our expectations. What was dissatisfy is the hickory wood grain we received did not match the displays in both Winona and Onalaska showrooms. As you can see in the photos, some of the hickory is pure white which actually looks like pine. There's no design consistency in this product so I would caution against purchasing their wood grain cabinetry or be sure this is the look you would like to have in your home before purchasing. We would have not have gone this route had the showrooms accurately represented the delivered product. Menards did offer replacement panels but unfortunately, the pattern variations in the replacements include white pieces no different than the originals and they simply look out of place.

I purchased 2 freezers in mid october at the Onalaska store and submitted rebate paperwork. I figured after almost 3 months i should be seeing the rebate so i can \spend more money at menards\. I went to the website, was not able to talk to a human being. After filling out the proper information it notified me i should be receiving a response in 2 weeks. Wow, that is impressive customer service
