I've seen Dr. Fuller for 3 months now. Went in for an appointment, had my vitals checked and was in the middle of seeing a nurse when front desk tells me that Dr. Fuller does not want to see me anymore because my condition was 'too complicated' and ended the visit. How unprofessional. Could have given me time to find a new primary care while addressing my current problems, could have saved me the time and inconvenience of me driving there before dropping the bomb on me. Any clinic that handles their patients like this should not be recommended to anyone.

I love this place! NP. Ken is the best! He is the only one of the medical professionals I have been to that hasn’t given up on me. He listens and has compassion and is willing to try different things to get my blood pressure under control. The Neurologist gave up, my Cardiologist gave up, but Dr. Ken is hanging with me. And I can’t say enough about the staff, I love Mary Ann and Tiffany, they are the sweetest people. And they get things done!

Ok the staff is nice and the clinic is well equipped... My issue was a 9:00 A.M. appointment that, I arrived early for, sat out front until 9:41 A.M. got called to the exam rooms, did the vitals, and after 45 minutes I told the staff I had to leave due to another time commitment. I was there to hear the results of some blood work. I appreciate schedule conflicts, but my time is no less valuable than that of the clinic.

The staff was good but the wait was way too long 8:45 appt and did not see the PA until 10am. My time is just as valuable as the staffs time.
