When you walk in they have a big sign on the door that says masks are required. I've been here 4 or 5 times over the past few months and every time there are multiple employees not wearing masks. The most recent time there were 4 employees behind the counter and none of them were wearing a mask. I've also seen them let people try the vape products in the shop - so these customers take their masks off as well and are exhaling vape back into the air. It's irresponsible and dangerous. When I go to the La Crosse location next to 608 Brewery every employee is wearing a mask, but the Onalaska location just doesn't seem to care.

I am changing my review to update the Onalaska ordinance. They do now sell some CBD products, my personal recommendation for CBD rich hemp cigarettes are Shaboinks. Added terpenes make for a flavorful and mild smoking experience. Back to the review, they have a great selection of everything else tobacco and vaping related needs. And a walk in cigar humidor.

Why require masks of customers if your own team isn’t going to wear them? Only 1 of the 5 staff on were wearing them, making for an uncomfortable experience.

A great place for RYO/MYO cigarettes, cigars, vape products, and smoking accessories. Unfortunately due to Onalaska city ordinances, they are not allowed to sell glass. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during my visits. Whenever I'm in the Onalaska area and need anything smoking related, aside from glass, this is where I go.
