Used the drive thru today. Staff was friendly, food was fresh and tasty! Love the Bistro French onion soup. My son loves the Mac and cheese.

Yesterday me and my 3 year old son stopped in for a quick lunch day date together and it was AWFUL! First thing the lady at the register had the attitude that she had no time for us or the fact that I was there with a busy little boy. She was not helpful with the menu and made us feel rushed. THEN we got out lunch and started eating, I got the steak and white cheddar sandwich. About 2/3 into the sandwich I realized there was a hair in the cheese on the bottom. I asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude. She asked if I would like anything else but by this time I was so disgusted and could not think of eating after that. She did not offer anything else. I just said I thought you should know and walked back to my seat. After about 10 minutes a man came over to me and gave me my money for the sandwich.. This is the only reason for the one star review. They did the right thing in the end but the service they provide to their paying customers is down right embarrassing. This specific store needs undercover boss or new management. No excuses!!!
Several times I have purchased orange scones that are less than half frosted. Either frost them completely or don't.
Fast, friendly, delicious food and baked goods. Awesome variety from soups, salads and sandwiches to new bowls and Flatbread pizzas.
Delicious! We got carryout and ordered 4 different soups (French onion, chicken and wild rice, chicken noodle, and broccoli cheese) and 2 sandwiches (steak & cheese and bbq) and it was all tasty and excellent.
Used the rapid pick up online. Was ready when I got there and avoided the lunch rush. Nothing was wrong with my order but I've discovered I'm not a fan of their dressing.
This place is definitely one of the coolest restaurants in the region. Anytime I visit this place I am profoundly glad. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.
Nothing like going to Panera Onalaska and the drive-thru person doesn’t know their menu. Disappointing. ️
