They must be understaffed because you always have to wait for someone to help you even when it's not busy, but that's not the employees fault. Sometimes I go in and the employees seem annoyed and don't want to be bothered, other times they are friendly. Their fish section is not good. There isnt any gravel at the bottom and it's very small. The displays are nice but the floors and details of everything is dirty. Don't really know how I feel about the place, and I don't think that's a good thing.

I found warm clothes for my California puppy in his size. And a denim Packer hoody - for my fur baby not me

They are so great here! Everything my two very different dogs need and a knowledgeable and friendly staff always ready to assist. A gentleman with a \training\ name tag checked me out at the register last night and I wouldn't have even known he was new to the team with how smooth the service was! Also, its just a really nice atmosphere seeing all the puppies people bring in and getting to chat with them about their dogs, the toys and foods that they recommend, etc. Just a friendly space for everyone

The dog trainer here really knows what she is doing. It's as if she is inside the dogs' heads and inspires their behavior. She is comfortable talking with the dog owners so they can better understand their dogs' behaviors. She makes the training classes fun and keeps the dogs active and engaged.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. I went to Petco to get feeders for another reptile of mine due to other local options being sold out. While there, I saw the poor conditions that their reptiles are forced to live in and ended up feeling so sad for one of the leopard geckos that I decided to buy it just so that it had a chance at surviving. We've got a ways to go, but the little guy is already much better off than he was at Petco. It's absolutely inexcusable that this is something Petco allows to happen. The employees obviously are not educated on proper reptile care - the reptile setups are horrible and do not provide basic necessities for survival. How is this acceptable?
