We absolutely love our new spa. Holly and Joe are so professional and so knowledgeable in what they do. They spent well over 2 hours explaining all of the options the pros and the cons to each unit. And now we are enjoying every minute we spend in our new spa it's like heaven. Thank you very much for everything you've done for us.

I just bought a new hot tub. I bought it on Saturday and it was installed on Monday. The owners themselves installed the tub. I have never had friendlier people to work with on any hot tub I have owned. They made the install completely painless and did an excellent job. I was totally impressed om how professional they were. I would never buy a hot tub or my chemicals from anyone else. I would strongly recommend that if you are going to buy a tub this is the best place to get one. Thanks Joe and Holly for the great experience.

I just called to see about getting a part for a hot tub. The woman that answered the phone acted like she had no interest at all, and she was less than friendly. I would think in these times with probably not a lot of people spending much money, you’d do everything you could to satisfy customer and maybe even make a dollar or two. I’ve been a steady customer with them. That just changed.
