Building has handicapped parking and building acess. We used the drive thru. Fast friendly service. Great staff. The coffee and food were awesome. If you go in, wear a mask and your good to go

Feeling the love! Thank you to the friendly, courteous staff for keeping me awake on my drive home! I have to make multiple trips to Minnesota and this is part of my ritual! So happy to see them back open!
The coffee was good as expected. The breakfast sandwich my wife and I wouldn't order again. Lacked flavor.
I would encourage the barista who waited on me to use a friendlier tone of voice when she can not hear an order. This is one of the friendlier Starbucks I've visited, so that was a little jarring. Hopefully she'll have better Saturdays ahead.
Of course everyone knows how good Starbucks is but the staff in Onalaska WI is the nicest fastest ever.... and I have been to Starbucks around the world. Cheers and keep up the good work.

Absolutely horrible customer service, told me my drink would be horrible the way I ordered it, REFUSED to give me the drink the way I wanted it. Had to change my order , when I asked about bagels, that got an even worse attitude. The drink I ordered was a salted Carmel cold brew, with vanilla cream.........
It is absolutely fine if you are not open for dine in. However, you should make sure this is clear.
