Customer service was amazing. So were the girls back in appliances! New Galanz retro fridge with broken glass when I unboxed it. They opened a new one on the floor, handed me the new shelves, smiled and said have wonderful day.

Who Loves tools? Who Loves cool stuff that makes life easier? Who Loves people who give good advice and not afraid to say \I don't know\? That's why it Love- 5 stars for HD Orange- I find it relaxing when its low pressure shopping or just wondering around Home Depot for ideas to do around home is a great break from work, kids, and even a half day vacation when purchasing for a big project. They make it easy. Its Simple. It's fun, so its therapeutic.

Customer representatives could have been more helpful. There were very few customers, and I purchased a very large rug. No offer of assistance to carry it up front or load into car. Or to assist in finding a flatbed cart. They were personable though. The item did not scan properly when checking out,
