This is a wonderful health clinic. Rita was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Lacey, my doctor's medical assistant is also very kind, compassionate and caring. Michael March my ARNP is excellent. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is very attentive and gives prompt care. He is wonderful with follow up care as well. He is the best PCP have ever had!! The clinic is immaculately clean and comfortable. I recommend this health center whole heatedly!!

Nurse practitioner as an intern, another as trainer and pcp... ack!! Let me just say arrogance, talking down to patients, especially senior citizens, arguing or refusing to order an xray until patient demands imaging is NOT acceptable. Will never see them again. (a bit more conversation and the detail not included here, but was very frustrating) Changed to a new pcp. My experience over 6 years with various nurse practitioners has not been good. These 2 were the worst. No more!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude, and then she hung up on me. So I guess moral to the story is, dont call the office listed as your pcp on you insurance card... find a good doctor instead.
