Spent part of my day while in Mille Lacs in the museum. I learned so much and enjoyed the guide (a member from the band) in the Four Seasons room. Thankful for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe for sharing their history and culture with those not from here. ️

I've gone here since I was in grade school. I've been in the Original and the new one and I have enjoyed both. Finally took my husband this time!

The museum here is amazing. It is full of wonderful artifacts and interesting information. The tour of the Four Seasons room is fantastic. It was simultaneously entertaining and informative which is the best way to present information in my opinion. The Trading Post also has some interesting artifacts and has really cool stuff for purchase. This is definitely a place that you should check out!

We were camping nearby and took advantage of a rainy day to visit the museum. We had kids from age 8 up to adults in their 60's. We only gave ourselves a couple hours and wish we would've planned more time here. We could easily have spent the better part of a day here! Everyone had a good time! Interactive activities for the kids to do, lots of great information laid out in a way that was fun and easy to walk through. The 4 season exhibit, which is only open at certain times of the day is a must! We will be back next camping season and plan for at least half a day to go through everything.
