Today we went through drive through. It took 15 minutes to get our food. Usually I wouldn't complain about time but our food was cold. I asked for substitution from fries to onion rings. Still got fries and wasn't changed on the receipt. We specifically asked for only ketchup and pickle on the cheese burger and still got everything on it. Again wasn't changed on the recept. I got a turkey BLT... the only thing on it was turkey bacon and cheese. I don't think its even Swiss. Im pretty sure its pepper jack. When I went to take a bite it was dried out and doesn't taste right. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no sauce just a dried out turkey sandwhich. In the chicken strip meals there were no toast. I tried to leave a review on the dairy queen website like it asks but couldn't do it as I do not have a 19 digit code it asks for. Very disappointed as this is a very common stop for us on the way to and from sioux center.

Where are all the full service Fairy Queens like this one? Large, generous servings. Sturdy, easy to eat from serving packaging. Delicious food and great desserts. This Dairy Queen is TERRIFIC and right beside a low-priced gas station! Traveler, this is a perfect quick stop!
I love the chocolate shakes and hot fudge sunday's. This one doesn't have online ordering yet which is really annoying, but you can still redeem your rewards from the app.
It was nice to have a good meal at a fast food place that is open for dine in.
A clean fast-food restaurant with booths, attached tables, and outside seating. A drive-through is also available. I had a small snickers blizzard made with chocolate ice cream. The staff is friendly and the dining area is clean and well maintained. I visit here regularly for dessert and always enjoy my visit.
