We travel six months through Spain and have tried some restaurants, this was by far the best. It was uniquely delicious. In addition to the kitchen, the ambience of the restaurant is convincing. Best Vegan restaurant for miles around! Superb food with good variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The 'crochettas' are superb. Ambiance could do with a bit of livening up but otherwise great.
