I highly recommend Dr. Britnie! I saw her for some physical therapy to help prep for labor and delivery. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet! She worked on exercises with me and put together an at-home exercise plan specifically tailored to my desires for my birth. She explained the why behind everything to help me truly understand what exactly each exercise was accomplishing. I had an amazing birth experience, and I think working with Dr. Britnie played a HUGE part in it.

Helping people through their injuries, one at a time... Or in my case, two at a time, LOL. I've learned the hard way, don't suffer through it. If the pain doesn't go away on its own in three days, go see Kyle. He's got the tools in his toolbox to help me rehab faster. If you had to Google physical therapy, you're probably already in need. Don't hesitate. Just call! Both Kyle and Brittany are absolutely trustworthy and they have your best interests in mind.
