Dont waste your time, they wont even answer your calls or return calls,I've even a customer fir over 30yrs yrs and this is what I get. I'm done, goodbye, not the first.

I love my bank. They answer the phone when you call. They treat you like you are the only client. They know their clients name. I recommend this bank to everyone. Keep up your good work!

I started a savings account in 2018 at the El Paso branch for ten dollars.. I never used the account but yesterday I decided to check on it (01/04/2020) and I was told that my account was closed to dormancy in July of 2018 . I wasn’t notified by mail email or phone and I was told my ten dollars went to a five dollar a month fee that was never in the policy this is dishonest and disloyal and robbery @ Oscar ceo , I WANT MY MONEY ..with interest because “once a member always a member even your family can join”
