Great customer experience depending who serves you. I went once and spoke to someone who appeared to be the owner and he bent over backwards to assist me. On my second visit there were two workers who just wanted me gone. Shut their office door in my face after telling me that they could not supply me with what I had been shown a week before by another worker. Had gone back to this trader specifically because of the service that I had received before.
Super friendly small business with a great selection and stock of metals. I am relatively new to metal fabrication but these guys are always willing to help me with any size project. The will often cut multiple quantities to size and fold small amounts for me. They even offered me some good advice on buying my first welder which was nice. Even though they are always busy welding up massive RSJs they always make time for my small furniture projects. I would advise that if you want multiples of something or something bespoke be prepared to go in early and/or pop back later to pick it up.
Excellent services and prices, also throws in smaller off cuts, will go back again for steel . They also helped me load it and cut to size lengths I required
