John did our insurance set up process and wanted to make sure to get Everything we needed done and boy did He! The adjuster came out and didn't think everything needed to be covered in the claim but John was on it and got it done! The roofer's came and completed in One day. Not only did an efficient job, but the quality of the work is outstanding! They cleaned after themselves and left my yard looking better then when they found it. (Since having a house on the corner of the street, the side of the road trash sometimes gets in the yard and so forth) My home is the talk of the block due to our BEAUTIFUL roof! Definitely recommending to Anyone I know in need of a job Perfectly Done!!!

I was not looking forward to this oofing experience\. It started off great, John helped with the insurance liaison role. Then my insurance company did the unexpected and lost some of my paperwork. John busted his butt taking additional pictures, getting more paperwork and helped me bird dog my insurance company to keep things moving forward. The end result is something I am proud of. One Stop did the roofing, guttering, fixed the patio (leaked like a rain forest), and interior painting of water spots. It looks fantastic. Everything looks fantastic. The crews were professional and hard working. They picked up after themselves. I never had to call John to get after someone. His crews are the best. John was always checking on the progress and made sure we were satisfied. Great job!!!
