I would rather give a zero for their customer service. I have called the service center at 11.30 AM and they clearly told me that the center is free and they can complete my 40k servicing by the day end. But to my surprise they neither did the repairing part of my car properly nor water washed it. The servicing prices are too high. I would highly recommend someone to visit either the guntur showroom or the nellore showroom for better serving and customer experience.

The most worst service in AP Ongole ford service center, don't believe the staff at all , all are big liers, they don't know how to do service just to make ppl fools they open service center in Ongole. No proper staff nothing plz don't give ur vehicles in this show room

The service manager is pathetic and he don't even listen the issues and if we catch a technician and trying to explain, he call that technician to go off from us with out listening. It is something like we went there to beg for vehicle servicing. I don't know if the technicians are really trained. They changed my power windows switches, and they are working wierd . I went there to picky vehicle at 1:30PM upon informing that service is done. I have seen that the vehicle is at wash point and nothing was done till 5:30 PM and they delivered my vehicle at 5:30 PM . Also post service cleaning was very very bad . I say . If anyone planning to purchase ford vehicle, I suggest NOT TO BUY FORD VEHICLE AS THE SERVICE BECAME BAD NOWADAYS. Infact my previous four wheeler is ford and I sold it off and bought the ford again. But from past 3 years, service in most of the ford service centers is bad ofcourse the Ongole ford service center is the worst and even if we complain to ford india nothing much happens. My reply to Owners comments for above post : How you want me to give a chance to win the confidence?? . I already sent an email and nothing happened yet .
