Stupid behaviour and no number for calling
Since long time it is serving pastries and desserts. I am a regular customer to this since 2007. But there is no change in the ice-cream taste. Taste is good but they should upgrade to the latest of making.
This was the first choice of locals. They have a tiffin only restaurant right opposite on the other side of the road. Their meals start at 12ish in the noon and runs till night. Podi and pickles are served on the table and ghee upon request. Food menu changes everyday and is set. Refills and sides are prompt to be served. It is a chaos during peak lunchons.
Till today i have good openion on the Ramya fast food center Ongole but when i have catched how you guys are providing the services to customers by making old items to little warm got shocked and when i asked the same with receptionist they are narrating some stories to coverup. I am requesting you guys pls don't play with customers health with such of type of things & try to take some action on those.
