I have been meaning to write this review for a while now... so here goes... I *highly* recommend these guys... I am in my late 30's now, and I have moved over 30 times, in 9 different states, and have owned over 35 vehicles. The only reason I say all of that, is so I can say: I am no stranger when it comes to the vehicle-buying process, in many different locations. Robert is very honest, and a straight-shooter. I have only lived in Austin for about 18 months now, and I have bought 4 cars ... and Robert was the only person who I truly felt was being straight-forward. Yes, they sell used cars... correct: no used car will be flawless ... mine had a couple minor issues when I bought it (which I gladly fixed myself), but I am still driving it over a year later, and I *couldn't be happier* with the purchase. Robert gave me a fair price compared to KBB, and had me on the road again quickly. All the paperwork was filed quickly, I received my title when he said I would, and he has even gone out of his way to suggest some trusted mechanic shops nearby. With my car-buying history, and also being a small-business owner, I've had no issues with comfortably recommended this location to a number of other people looking for affordable vehicles from an honest dealer. Anyhow, thank you for being who you are! I'll keep you in-mind for my next purchase!

These guys are legit. They strive to sell good cars for a fair price and they do what they say they are going to do when they say they'll do it. They haven't been in business this long by doing wrong by people. I highly recommend them.

Despite the website these people do not finance very misleading a whole hour and a half drive wasted. When I arrived nobody was there and nothing saying they would be closed on a Tuesday randomly to go to some auction. Edit: not confused says right here you personally finance. Not my fault you can't add fine print to a website. I was told "we don't do finance of any kind" no explanation was given that's ok I bought something better and closer to home with no issues. Why have a payment Dropbox if you don't do payments.

DO NOT buy a car from here. These guys sell garbage lemon cars. We bought a car 7 months ago from them. Not even 10 min after I drove off the lot the check engine light came on after I already signed of course. They told me to bring to their mechanic nope I said I’m taking it to mine. The car needed almost 1,000 worth of work. Shocker. Got the car fixed and boom the ac stops working and now the exhaust manifold is done the radiator is leaking etc. the car is and won’t stop overheating. They screwed us. And now we have to scrap this junk or sell for parts and buy another one. They are not reliable or honest car salesman. Don’t buy their mumbo jumbo sweet talk when u get there. Just turn around and walk away and save urself a nightmare.

Beware! We took a look at 2 Suburbans yesterday. One has a very dirty carpet in the front containing mildew or black stains. There was no flood damage report or history in Carfax. Pls watch for signs of flood damaged cars.
