I have supplied this company for over 10 years and always found them to be great people to work with.
Used this company to do some core holes through a slab to run cabling, contacted with all the details (job description, quoted price over the phone, customer contact, booking time and billing details) when they gave me a quoted price over the phone all was set to go. Once the job was booked I wasn't notified and left hanging when the customer for the job asked specific details, when the job was acknowledged after I had to chase them for a booking date they arrogantly stated they'd already told the customer directly. Once the job had commenced there was no discussions about possibilities of any services in the slab and what could become an issue, which lead to them drilling directly through a live power cable cutting the lights to the house. After the job was finished they mentioned they had cut through the conduit notified my customer and demanded credit card for payment directly before leaving, against the original plan to bill us directly. I tried to make contact with them to dicuss said issues but was completely ignored. Far from the professional service as advertised and will not use again.
Friendly knowledgeable guys with lots of specialist gear in addition to the bog standard stuff you would expect from a concrete care specialist. They have the right attitude with an emphasis on getting the job done safely for their clients. Highly recommended 5 stars!
