A small, incredibly busy restaurant on a street with virtually no parking. Reservation is strongly recommended and seating is close quarters with smoking allowed! Yet the place is packed and the food is delicious, be it Armenian or Lebanese. Service is friendly and attentive without being pretentious. Not an easy place to find or get a table in but once all the hurdles are cleared, an enjoyable experience. The dessert selection is first-rate.

good Armenian food ( not great though and a bit overpriced), extremely bad service though. staff was extremely negligent.
Whatever I say about this place is not enough. Everything is absolutely perfect: the service, the staff, the mood and most of all the food. Tastes AS good as my grandma's Armenian dishes (what a statement) Plus complementary dessert!!!
