As long as you are the fan of the movie "Tokyo Story", it is the museum that you should never miss visiting, even though it is tiny. Onomichi has a vibe so charming that you feel like you are in a Shōwa movie when visiting.

If you are even a slightly familiar with old Japanese movies and have seen those filmed in Onomichi, then you will find this place really exciting. I am myself not aware of more than a couple of Japanese classics shot in Onomichi but just looking at the old movie posters is really entertaining for me.
