We are paying for a 20MB line, but never get better than 3MB download speed. During peak hours it drops under 1MB. Sometimes it can be as sille as 15Kb....

Twice appointments have been made, twice both have been neglected. Time management is customer service. Maybe some professional customer service would help. Good service......if they get to you eventually.

BDC's customer service is absolutely excellent. They're quick to respond, very helpful and I felt like they always put my interests above their own. Even as an indecisive/picky customer, they were always really friendly to me. I have also not experienced any major network issues so far, and constantly get the speeds that I expect on my fibre connection. The prices are probably a bit higher than you could get from other ISPs, but I believe the customer experience and knowledge that you're supporting a local business justifies the increased cost. Rather than reaching some national call centre agent, you know your phone call will be answered my someone just down the road, and I trust that they'll help me as soon as they can.

Imagine having to pay R699/month for a 4 Mbps line. MWEB offers 2.5x the speed at almost half the price. These guys know they are ripping off the older community in this area.
