No star rating for this company. Numerous arrangements and appointments made and not kept. Unreliable administration and constant fabricated responses. Just don't waste your time. The subsequent reply simply added fuel to the fire. In a nutshell, my appointment was changed five times by the people in the office; different days and different times. Each no show meant my kitchen which had to be unpacked, was repacked. There were seven people on the property present at the time of the final visit, none of whom were employed by me. They were working on a pool, had no access to the house and were not employed by me. I don't have a gardener. I have a house keeper and he didn't speak to anyone - not even the pool people. I let the pool people into the property at 7.30am. We have a bell and an intercom at the gate which activate security cameras. It appears you waited at the gate without ringing the bell and the pool worker you spoke to would rightly so, not let you into the property and you left. I have a landline number and a cell phone which you could've and should've used. I would've considered removing the post as I am all for supporting the local tradesmen. Under the circumstances, the post remains.
