Very nice man, took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. My car has a nice little blue dot in it near the steering wheel to show it's armed and also another blue dot at the top in front of the mirror. I got a cool digital display device, 5 year warranty, I can start my car from far away. Cool stuff! My birthday present to me lol now that crime has apparently risen in my town the last 2 months. I won't be worried anymore. Thank you for taking the time to come to my house. Very convenient. Took a little less than 2 hours.

I called On-site at 2pm on Thursday. Ricky said he would be by my house at 3:45pm and be done by 4:30pm. I kid you not, at 4:29pm the remote starter installation was done and it was 200 less than the Mazda dealer! I was also able to use my own key instead of an additional key fob that the dealer would use! Ricky was the consummate professional and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them and already have a friend calling them for an install!

Had a appointment for a remote start. Took off work to have it done. They did not show up or even contact me. I then contacted them and they said their scheduling app crashed. Someone would contact me in a hour with another time for the following day. No call, text, or email back. I would not recommend onsite installations because of how I feel I was treated.

Ricky was very thorough, professional and friendly. Installed my auto start at my home and went through the entire app to make sure I understood all its capabilities and how it worked. Highly recommend.

Had an appt for 11 am Tuesday. No one shows text them no response text again 1/2 later its now 12 .1230 someone says there backed up we'll get a call when the guy's on his way. Its Thursday no one has come. Text yesterday no response. Very poor way to run a business. Already made appt somewhere else for monday
