My partner and I hired ONY Architecture to design our 5,000 square foot office in downtown Boston last year. We approached them because their design style lined up with our taste. We were looking for a modern, comfortable, and welcoming design which felt less like a corporate office but rather a more homey/warm working environment for the loft space. We also had an aggressive timeline to design and get the project built due to our lease terms. ONY Architecture was able to work with us (virtually - as we are based abroad), and work through the design process - and ultimately provided a unique approach and design which met all our expectations. We highly recommend ONY Architecture and look forward to working with them again as we plan our future growth.

My partner and I hired ONY Architecture to completely gut renovate and add onto our house on the south shore. We were looking for a fresh eye, a new approach to the design. We were not interested in the typical traditional vernacular that is so prevalent here, but were looking for something with a modern flair that respected the existing house. Nima and ONY were so creative in their approach and solution. The \transitional\ modern addition compliments the existing historic house, and weaves into the interior spaces. We have the best of both worlds with the old and the new working in harmony and could not be more ecstatic!

My partner and I hired ONY to completely redesign our South End condo. It was a total gut job and required a rethinking of the layout. We love mid-century modern design and this aesthetic appreciation was definitely shared by Nima of ONY. He and his team came up with a brilliant layout for the condo which allowed us to utilize the space more efficiently and at the same time made the space feel much larger and more welcoming. The cost of the project was almost dead on budget but the schedule did shift a bit, but that didn't affect us too much. We absolutely love the design and get compliments from people driving by often. My husband and I hired ONY (Nima) to renovate our 1830's historic farmhouse on the south shore. The interior of the house needed to be completely redone (kitchen, living room, mudroom, bathroom), plus we had to add a second bathroom. ONY came up with beautiful solutions which were transitional in design (style we desired), but also met our budget expectations.
