Nice and clean place for breakfast and lunch. Even in a hot sunny afternoon, it is still quite comfortable to dine-in. Love the beef noodle and the portuguese tarts. Others are average. Though I'm a bit surprised (not in a good way) with the size of the oyster in the oyster omelette though. Coffee serve here is not bad at all. Would go back just to have a cup of coffee with the Portuguese tarts. Parking can be quite a headache. I wish you best of luck

The white coffee (ice) and the Portuguese tart is supherb must try. The price for drinks and toast is affordable and reasonable. Other than coffee, pls try out their hawker food which is Beef KuehTiao Soup, damn besttttt
Looi Beef Koay Teow @ Oo Coffee This legendary Beef Koay Teow store has been running for the past 25 years. Initially located at the ferry site of Penang, they moved to Oo Coffee because of the limited parking at their previous location. How do I describe this beef Koay Teow? Having beef broth just like Vietnamese 'Pho', this is a Chinese version of it, making it a favourite amongst locals. They fry their very own shallots in bulk. Just look at the pictures. You can see how this industrious lady does the frying under the sweltering heat. It gives the broth such a rich flavour. Oo White Coffee serves Ipoh-styled coffee. Over the past 5 years, they've done so well that they've now expanded to the Waterfall Hotel area. Penang truly has its gems.
Nice coffee and tea, last time when there, no staff serve us a seat, and this time, due to SOP need to follow, staff have serve us a seat.
Must try the white coffee.. hot or with ice.. food parking space sometimes line up to be seated
Perhaps the best white coffee in Penang. Nasi lemak, curry mee and tiger char koay teow are also very very delicious. Remember to order the steamed bread as well!
Good coffee. Good varieties if hawker food. Recommend beef noodles. Can park next door (private association). Fees RM 3 per entry. Road side parking difficult to get.
A simplistic modern coffee shop that famously serve white coffee and toasted bread. Have many variety stalls in here to choose for breakfast. Food is affordably cheap. Parking is a hassle.
