The company is not at all good. They hire local transport and at the last moment change the vehicle. They are not at all professional. Inspite of sending them Detailed itenary 15 days back through the medium they had asked to send., this company was unable to quote the prices. I suggest never ever do any bookings from this company. There are other good travel agencies who strive for customer satisfaction and provide efficient and prompt service.

I booked a cab for Mettupalayam pickup, ooty local sight seeing & Airport drop. The cab driver was punctual and drove carefully in the hills,showed the places and advised good restaurant.Overall a pleasant journey.Thanks to Operator Sudhakar and Cab driver suriya.
