I did eyebrow, forehead and upper lips here at Naturals in Ooty. First of all there are no safety protocols of covid followed here. I requested Jaya (the beautician) who did my eyebrow to wear mask when she was talking to her colleagues while doing my eyebrow. She was so close to my face talking to her colleagues risking my life by talking. On top of it, she was extremely rude while answering back. Avoid their services. They charge double the cost and are not even safe as per covid guidelines issues by government.
