I would like to thank Royal tour for making our holiday memorable. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition. We had an issue with Driver Muthuraj who was not able to speak Hindi, however he did communicate with us in broken English as much as he can and explained us each and every place we visited. Few members of my family had motion sickness due to which they were frequently vomiting while traveling. Driver Muthuraj didn't mind stopping every now and then. He took us to more places then what was mentioned on the site. Overall we are happy with the service and will recommend or come back to them for our future travel needs.

Their service is good. But booking a cab is a difficult task. The phone number is always busy, they confirm the trip very late. They quote a price higher the one on the site.

Two stars because while the car and driver were fine communication with the head office (all call centre) was a nightmare. They NEVER answer their landline! Everytime I spoke to them the person's English was seriously limited and of course he spoke no Hindi so unless you are Tamil speaking expect communication problems. Otherwise very nice and reliable service though the driver also had limited English but since we knew what were doing it was fine. Also I send in the same comment (as part of their testimonial but they did not publish which is a bit unreasonable).
