I scheduled an appointment the day before using their website for 8 AM the next day. Their hours said 8 AM-6 PM for the day I scheduled. I arrived at 8 AM to a banner above the door stating their new hours, which were accurate with the times posted online. However, when I walked up to the door, it was locked; a piece of paper said, “closed until 4 PM”. At first, I thought I was just too early or that the sign was left up from yesterday, so I sat in my car until 8:10. The door was still locked, and when I looked inside, all of the lights were off. I had work within the next hour, so I didn’t have time to wait around. I ultimately went to the South Star Urgent Care later on, and I was in and out within 25 minutes.

Kind and professional. Felt at ease and well taken care of. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the staff was incredible. The manager was so sweet and helpful. Will continue to give them my business.

It's really hit or miss...when I first started going here Monique was very nice professional, and knowledgeable. But since my experiences haven't been ideal. The wait is long, they sometimes argue with you about insurance information (CoPay) etc etc. But the icing on the cake for me was when my mom fell and cut her face really badly near her eye and she was basically refused service. The NP on call at the time refused to even see her. Very heartbreaking ordeal for me to have to watch my mom suffer...then sit in the ER down the road for hours. I was also was basically missing diagnosed with the flu here last year. I could hear the NP and nurse debating on whether or not they had it. They then prescribed me a medication that wasnt a high enough dosage for my size. I went to my primary doctor the next day and was told I didn't have the flu....so I basically paid almost 200 bucks for ineffective medication based on the NP guessing...hadn't been back since.
