I have been in the hospital for 4 days now. I gave no hot water in the shower. My bed linen haven't been changed for 2 days. The clothes that id taken off to take a wash off, is still on the floor and been there for 2 days. This is not right. How long am I supposed to deal with this. I have gotten in contact with a attorney and they gave me a number to call the chief of staff but I doubt if anything get done. I will never recommend this hospital. I am on oxygen. This is cruel.

I had to go through the emergency room on the morning of 10/31/29 around 9:30 am to get to where I needed to be. I’m not used to this hospital and it’s layout. I asked this girl at the triage window to direct me where I needed to go. She was the first person I saw so I asked her. But of course, she was rude and evil. Not professional at all. I have visited multiple hospitals all over Louisiana and have never been treated so bad. This girl has a chip on her shoulder. Come on Opelousas General, I know you can find better employees than this. And of course I didn’t find what I needed, so I left and had to go back with someone who knew more than this girl working at the triage window.

Hands down awesome and friendly staff. Very accommodating to my 2 year old for an outpatient procedure that was done. Our experience was hands down perfect and very pleasant. The preadmit office was amazing even kept my 2 year old occupied while I completed all the paperwork. Outpatient surgery staff (checkin staff, doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, everyone) were so friendly and patient. Also they kept us on schedule so no extra wait time or delays. Thank you for setting the bar so high. Thank you for taking care of our baby and making it as pleasant experience for him as possible. Would highly recommend from our experience.

This is the worst hospital. There have been so many mistakes made from the staff to the billing department. The leadership at OGH is the problem. Thankfully the nurses know what they are doing.

Doctors are rude in the ER. Very unprofessional! I should be able to have piece of mind getting my 4 month old checked for something a doctor recommended without getting smart comments thrown at me. This was the last straw. Wont be returning back.
