Big Juicy

Open MRI is the best! I’ve been going to this place for 14 years and they are always so nice and easy to get along with. The girls in the office are awesome and professional Hey girls :p. The equipment is new, modern state of the art and is very “open”. The staff will help you with any questions or concerns that you may have quickly and with pleasure. If you are looking for a good facility to get your scans done, this is it! Highly recommend!! 5 stars any day.

I'm disappointed at the way this place doesn't enforce social distancing in the waiting room. No one asked if I've been exposed to COVID-19 or if I have any symptoms. Those questions should definitely be asked. Also, on my last visit I noticed the gentleman that was seen by the staff before me had respiratory issues. I don't know if he had an upper respiratory infection, common cold, asthma,...etc. I went into the imagining machine behind that guy and began to feel ill later that evening. Today, I tested positive for Covid-19. I highly recommend the imagining techs find a solution to clean inside of the tunnel where patients lie before other patients are seen. There's no doubt in my mind I became infected by going inside the imagining machine behind an infected person. Open MRI of Macon better get a handle on their Covid protocol or else.

Not an \open MRI\ and they are not equipped for a Claustrophobic person. My husband's condition was on the order and we were referred out because our doctor didn't have an open MRI. This place just tried to force him thru it causing only pain and frustration. I am giving 3 stars stars because the staff is nice and they got us back quickly. .... Now I have to reschedule at another place and go thru all the insurance prior authorization again

My Drs office wrote the wrong thing on my order (it happens). The receptionist was mad and threw her mask. Lied & said I was fussing at the guy in the back (which I was not). When asked who the home office was or the owner I was told a bunch of Doctors... Would NEVER recommend this place!!

Everything from questions to scheduling or finding out about the MRI was nothing but professional. We were greeted by the lady in the front office she was more than friendly. Then going to the MRI area was just as professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this MRI group. We as people have to remember how we greet them and respond can go a long way and most things can be worked out. Please take a moment to rate yourself as a customer as well as the staff and business.
